One "must-do"-thing in NYC: the Empire State Building! We walked there first in the mornign and got right in, timing is the thing. Elevator took us to the 80th floor and after checking out the little museum, another took us to the 86th floor. It was a beautiful view! Today the weather was like a dream, and visibility was over 20 miles. We walked around the deck and took pictures. So nice!
Afterwards we headed South, to get to the beginning of the Highline. The Highline is a former trainway, which was tranferred into a park promenade above streets after trains didn't use rails anymore. On our way we met this nicest New Yorker, who gave us a tip about Chelsea Market nearby. This market was full of restaurants and a one of them was a huge lobster place. (The smell was stunning.) From there we climbed up to the Highline. After few streets way came down and walked around goon back North. On our way to the hotel we stopped by in a nice mexican restaurant, where we had a bit if lunch. And our favourites, frozen drinks! We spent rest of the afternoon walking and had one more stop in a pub.
In the early evening we returned to the hotel and prepared ourselves for stand-up show. When the evening came, we watched the show at the club and in the middle of the night, we finally got to bed.
